Just wondering what is the most desired use year? Does it make a difference when selling? I own all October and it works for me but just was curious what everyone else thought. I know it all depends on when you vacation but still was trying to figure it all out.

Everyones vacations plans are different, meaning people travel to WDW at all times of the year. If you are planning to sell, I wouldn't worry about it, there will always be someone wanting your useyear period. If you are not selling, no need to worry, right
