Use Year question

Apologies if this has already been answered... I used the handy dandy search function but did not find the answer to this question (although I found LOTS of other cool info, which led to about a 45 minute detour ).

My question is this: when buying into Saratoga Springs, how is your use year determined? If you already own DVC, will they assign the same use year for Saratoga Springs as the one you already have?

You pick your initial Use Year. But, if you already own a DVC contract, they will only sell you points in the same Use Year.

of course if you do not like your current use-year or want to have to juggle more than one for some reason, you can get a new use year by purchasing at least 150 points when you add-on at SSR. This will set up a brand spankin' new account for them.

Of course, they would recommend, and prefer, that you kept it simple and simply added on with your current use year.

We aren't DVC owners yet... we're waiting to hear on ROFR on a 152 pt BWV contract. However, we're already considering buying 150 more points at SSS. I think we're obsessed....
