If you'll travel both routinely then June as a single. Depending on the number of points and other factors, owning 2 UY will make sense for a subset in this situation. But if it were mostly Nov/Dec with a rare June, I'd likely go with Oct instead.

March/April. If you never need to cancel a trip close the trip it doesn't really matter. If you have a June use year and then need to cancel trip next April, you wouldn't have time to use the points.
It is my opinion that UY is important and for those where it isn't, they are taking an inherent amount of increased risk owning DVC. IMO this is almost always a larger issue than a loaded vs stripped contract which I also feel is important. I'd wait and be patient..
Would you ever travel in January, February, or March?
Why April? Is it spring break? Or are you going for Easter? If those could back up into March, I'd recommend a March use year. But if you'd really never travel in March, then an April use year would be best.
Is your spring break in March or April? Which months would you travel in "summer?"
I thought June. I know that's not great for spring but is great for summer and nov dec. nothing is perfect.
Based on that looks like after March. I think I least likely time will be January February and March there is the possibility of March because of spring break but that's probably not the most likely time. So maybe April ?
