Use year - just curious

I just looked at the DVC resales and noticed that there is quite a long list of resales with many different use years, but there was not one with a September use year. Since we have points at both OKW and BCV with September use year I am curious as to why. Anyone have an explanation for this or is it just a coincidence?

It must be a coincidence. All of the DVC resorts have September use years.

The only use year months not sold by DVC are January, May, July and November. No idea why DVC chose to skip those particular months.
