Can we use a TS for breakfast at the Grand Floridian Cafe?

Yes you can, although typically breakfast when ordered from a menu is not the best use of a TS credit on the DDP.

It's a TS restaurant, so yes. You couldn't use a CS credit there.

Breakfast is entree or combo platter and drink only - no dessert, no appetizer if you're on deluxe, and no second beverage as of this year. That's why breakfast at an a la carte TS is not considered a good DDP value in most instances.
