Use a drink credit for a cup of coffee?

Where at Universal can I use a quick service drink credit for a cup of coffee? I'm not a big soda drinker and always end up with extra drink credits when I get the quick service dining plan.

pretty much all quick service locations have coffee but I like the Lavazza coffee from Beverly Hills Boulangerie, Croissant Moon bakery, and San Francisco Pastry Company.

I’ve gotten coffee at Starbucks too.

Are there limitations to sizes/types of coffees at Starbucks in Universal - I have usually paid OOP - but using a credit might make more sense
