US superbowl contest follow up survey

Just received an email asking to complete a survey. I never did receive a confirmation that I won, but the wording on the survey is tricky...keeps saying things like "the ticket you won!" I know it is wishful thinking, but does any one know if this was sent to winners only or clever marketing?

Thanks so much for the link. Unfortunately, I am still confused. I didn't get the first confirmation letter, but maybe there is still hope! We are going to Orlando in May and the extra ticket would be great!
