My mom has a conference near Sea World in March, and I am tagging along for 5 days to have some WDW fun (and check out Universal Studios for the first time). Being the diligent planner that I am, I already have a full schedule made out with dining reservations for various places around WDW each night....then I just got this email from mom :headache:

I was going to call you later but instead I’ll send you this email --- my colleagues who are attending the conference in Orlando asked if you would be willing to set up a dinner reservation for the whole group – including you & me – for Sunday night 3/15 at 7 p.m. (or around then)? This would be the only “joint” event that we will all do together. They were thinking that we might be able to go to a restaurant at Universal Studios or at Seaworld (is there a restaurant there?) because those two places a relatively close to the hotel, it won’t be difficult to get there, and we could “play” afterward at the site. There will be 12 of us. If one slot for 12 is touch – maybe we can do 2 tables of 6?

Drat. I don't know anything about the restaurants at Universal! Any help would be great - do they even take reservations? Any suggestions? :thanks:

For that time you would need to go to citywalk which you have to go thru to get to the parks.
there are several resturants from Margarittaville,Nascar Grille,The Hardrock Cafe,Bubba Gumps,Latin Quarters and several others all way to what I think is the most expensive Emerils
It just depends on what type of food you like :thumbsup2

Thanks for the tips - I think we're going to go with Margaritaville! I was nervous about getting in with a large party but they don't even take priority seating reservations earlier than 30 days, so we're good :goodvibes

You will have a great time there! Try the Volcano nachos! There are enough of you that you will still have room for dinner (unlike DH and I hehehe).
