Hello all :wave2:,

Booked my holiday ages ago and very excitedly counted down till the 180 day mark where I could book my ADR's. I emailed the WDTC in advance with my UK reference no and promptly received my US reference back.

Unfortunately, my american reference never worked when trying to book ADR's in advance and linking them back to my Room ressie so I patiently waited and booked them as the 180 day mark rolled round for each day. I did email WDTC a few times checking the US reference number but they replied with the same number and suggested I made my bookings over the phone :worried:.

I now have the WDW experience app for my Android (Galaxy SII) phone but again cant link in my booking because the reference number is not recognised. Has anyone else had this problem and if so how did you fix it?

Thanks :goodvibes

I have has this problem a few weeks ago.

The issue was that my US ressie number had lots of repeated numbers like : 12311123112, and WDTC-UK made a typo when copying the number.
The ressie number they sent me was 11 digits long instead of 12, as they had like written "11" where it should have read "111"

they sent me that wrong number a few times, until I realised it was too short.

Is your ressie number really 12 digits long ?

Have you registered on the app with the same name and email address that Disney have? Mine is an Android too and there is a help centre on the app with FAQ but it kind of sounds as if your number might be wrong.

I had the app on my phone and ipad before I had my US number and all that showed up was the one ADR I had made online via Disney website but once I phoned to get the US number a couple of days later my resort booking appeared on both apps then a few days ago my tickets also appeared.

To manually link the resort you need your US confirmation number and name its booked under but to manually link the ADR's you need each confirmation number and the phone number given to them when booking.

I've no idea if any of this helps :thumbsup2

I have checked and have 12 digits in my reference number so I'll try with the FAQ and see if that can get it fixed. Thanks for the help!

Really don't understand whats up with it all. Think I'm going to end up with a phone call to the WDTC :rolleyes2

I couldn't get my number to sync with the app either. It worked on the wdw website, but only when I searched for a restaurant and then tried booking the date I wanted. It worked fine when I phoned to make my adr's though. And then IMMEDIATELY after booking them on the phone they appeared on the app under my reservations. Weird.

Thats exactly what happens with me. I could never book in advance but I could book on the site one day at a time. Ah well - I put it down to a glitch. Does anyone know, with this proposed new fastpass system will I need the app for it to work?

I've never been able to book mine online either - and I book direct with DVC so already have my 12-digit number as soon as I book. Incredibly frustrating :(

I rang the UK line and they have me another number (not the 12 digit one). This worked fine for booking ADRs on line and then when I looked at the app, everything was there and it showed my 12 digit number. I always used to have to get to the US website to book on line ADRs but I can't get on that any more so had to try a new method. Might be worth trying asking for this ref. good luck.

I have three different numbers and none of them have worked. I had to call each day after my 180 to get the ADRs I wanted.,

It worked fine my last two trips to book online but this year it just never works.
