Hello So Im back posting questions, I am doing my first trip to US/IOA with my boyfriend. We are so excited. But im not sure where to eat,:confused3 I have heard great things about different restaurants so let me know what you think: I need as much input as possible. I have been to US/IOA before but years ago.

Mythos
Jimmy Buffet Maragrittaville
Mels Diner
Royal Pacific Resort (which restaurant do you reccomend?)
Nascar Restaurant

So far that is all I know about, so what do you all think we should do for a nice breakfast, a nice lunch and a nice dinner.
I know there is one night wed like to get dressed nice and have a dinner then go to some of the clubs they have there like the red coconut. I have a month away so plenty of time to plan. Also what do you reccomend for snacks through out the day. Should we eat breakfast at the RPR or eat it at the park.????

Thank You for your input :):cool1:

For Breakfast, there's the Croissant Moon Bakery (right under the bridge at IOA at the end of Port of Entry) which has excellent pastries...also in Universal there's the Hollywood Boulangerie just to the right as you enter that park. Also, there's a Cinnabon in Citywalk

Oooh sounds great, but my BF and i would like a breakfast with a larger variety, hes not into pastries and cinnabons..Hes more a eggs, bacon, pancakes type of guy. Does the RPR have breakfast buffets??

Yeah they do.. in Islands Dining Room. It looks SO good. I don't have that kind of appetite in the morning but I wish I could! I'll literally sit at the table drinking juice while my friends all eat the buffet. It sucks. I LOVE breakfast food.

One year during Horror Nights, they had a midnight breakfast buffet in Circus McGurkus. It was RELIGIOUS.

As per your other questions.. I prefer the dining in the hotels to the dining in CityWalk.

If you're there on a Saturday night, check out the buffet in the Islands Dining Room. REALLY good.. you can ask to check it out before you decide if you wanna eat. That's what I did and then it was a quick HELL TO THE YES.

The Orchid Court Lounge makes REALLY good, fresh sushi rolls if you like that. I had some that had fruit in it and it was amazing.

Emeril's Tchoup Chop is a REALLY good restaurant. I love the Tchoup Chop Clay Pot if you like fish. The Barbecued Gulf Shrimp and eared Scallops are really good appetizers too.

You can also take the water taxi to the Portofino Bay Hotel (from your resort to City Walk, get off and get on the PBH boat). Mama Della's is a REALLY good italian restaurant. The atmosphere is so authentic and fun. They only serve dinner.

Trattoria Del Porto also has an italian dinner buffet on Friday and Saturday nights with Create Your Own Pasta stations and a lot of other stuff.

Seriously, once you get to the hotel, do not hesitate to call Dining or Star Service Hotline on your phone. I've called and said "I'm hungry.." and they've taken care of the rest.
