US Gac?

I have a question, similar to the others but different. I have a brain tumor and I cannot deal with heat and have no stamina. Because of the heat wheelchairs don't work. I would not be able to go to Disney without a GAC (I get the one where they allow me to use the fastpass line or different entrances). This year i'm going to Universal but our main goal is Harry Potter, which i've loved forever. If they have no express lines, will their version of the GAC work here? If not, I may not be able to go.

The GAP you will mostly likely get at Islands of Adventure will give you a card. You go to the ride and they will give you a return time for the ride. Then you shop, eat, or whatever while you wait for the return time.

We just returned from our trip and the US card worked great! We picked it up at guest services right at the IoA gates. My mom received a card for the cast members to give us a time to come back. While regular stand by times were running 90 min or more, our time to return was only 15 min at most. So we only had to wait for 15 min to get on the attractions. This worked out very well for my mom as she really can't be in the sun that long, and even though she had an ECV, she was able to use this card. We did ask at the HP ride if there was a place to stand out of the sun, ie family waiting area as one CM had told us, and were told none there. We were taking in in just a few minutes so that was very nice.
