US Airways?

Is anyone afraid to fly them after the Christmas holidays mess? Here's my reason for asking for my family of four to fly them it would be 753.70 (with 1 stop) flights are pretty good vs. over 950.00with American Airlines or Airtran for a direct flight. The timeframe is 5/28/05----6/4/05.

***UPDATE**** I just checked AA's website and for the flights I want 5/28/05 6:40am(leave DFW) 10:06am (arrive MCO) 6/4/05 3:15pm (leave MCO) 5:16(arrive DFW) the price is a whopping $1,764.00 !!!

I think under federal law other airlines must accept tickets from a bankrupt airline with only a small surcharge (like $25 or $50 per ticket). So even if you end up in that situation it would still be cheaper (though much more hassle) in the end.
