A note of caution for all who may have booked thru US Airways and had them converted to AA. After the flip we received an email from American with a 'change' in our itinerary. Flight times were the same as what we originally booked. Fast forward a couple of months...just for the heck of it I looked up our flights thru the American site. WOW! Departure time was 5 hours later! When I spoke with the reservation call center she said I was sent a notice of change. She was shocked when I told her it had the original times on it. She very nicely did change things to flights more in line with what I originally booked. So...double check!

That's not really a merger issue, it happens all the time with the legacy airlines. I made my August reservation for Disneyland last year on US, it went from 8:00 am to 10:00am to 6:30am. They only sent me notice about a month before. It was the only nonstop so I stuck with it.

Yes - thanks for the post!

I have one more US Air Flight booked through US Air and still a US Air flight - my flights are still the same but my seats keep disappearing. So far I haven't had problems getting the same seats back but you never know ... xx fingers as we leave on Wed..

The rest of my flights are actually booked through AA on AA flights but I always watch closely as flights do change resulting in seat changes!
