If a non-refundable ticket, only if you pay the $150 change fee.

As noted, no, they do not. There's only a few airlines that will do this on a non-refundable ticket without charging the change fee (Southwest, JetBlue, Alaska Airlines). On all others, it's worth doing only if the price difference exceeds the change fee.
