What is with US Air these days? It took me FOUR hours including a trip to the airport and four phone calls to make three reservations. By the fourth call, I specifically asked the agent, "Can you make flight reservations?" She was defensive and said, "Of course." Checked my etickets when I received them and my DH was scheduled on a different flight than us! :confused3

Received a message that our flights had changed. Called and I had to tell the agent four times that the times were the same as I had listed on my tickets. Doubled checked our seats and wanted to make a change (should have never done it). Instead of changing the departure seats (which I requested) agent changed the arrival seats. Now I have to call AGAIN because they can't seem to fulfill the simpliest request.

Ever since they have outsourced their agents, it is atrocious service. Anyone else having trouble?

They are in the process of transferring their customer service back to the US. Do you have vouchers that you needed to go to the airport? Why didn't you try to book them online.

BTW, it is US Airways for quite a few years. They are also in the process of merging their computer systems with America West since their merger.

The agents at the airport are digusted with the outsourced agents in Guam. They say that they screw just about everything up. Best thing is to book online.

It all startrs with the person you talk with they are good or not.

Hope everything work out ok for you and your family.  party: party:

Yes, I had vouchers - couldn't book online. Believe me I tried. I was trying to avoid calling at all costs as I've found from past experience
that dealing with the outsourced agents is just asking for mistakes.

If you've been able to book online using vouchers, please let me know how.

Am thrilled to hear they are in the process of transferring their customer service back to the US. The employees that I dealt with at the airport were as disgusted with the phone agents as I was.
