I purchased something for my niece for her birthday from a seller, explaining that I will be happy to pay more $ to have it shipped expressed. Well, she doesn't do that. Fine, I can always mail it to my niece instead of taking it there next weekend. But, then I found a pillow that matches by the same seller and have e-mailed TWICE to say that I would like to buy it as well, there is more than 1 on e-bay, and have them shipped together. The seller has not bothered to e-mail me back!

If ANYONE else was selling this, I would buy from them. The seller has overwhelmingly good feedback, just a few not good and I can't figure out how to see just those. I have never had a seller not reply to a question.
 
How long has it been? Sometimes, even when I've got stuff on eBay, I don't get online for a day or so. More than 48 hours is BAD, though.
 
I know I am just being impatient. I have e-mailed three times now (within 24 hours). COnsidering I e-mailed her and she explained that this was for my niece's birthday nad paid for Priority Mail. She e-mailed back on Friday afternoon that I would be notoified when it is mailed. So, it hasn't been mailed yet.

I have read some of the neutral.complaints and they received the wrong item. Of course, overwhelmingly, the feedback is good. I have ALWAYS had great experiences with people from whom I bought things. Maybe they were not the normal because I always received reply e-mails within s few hours.

I know...I need patience. I already have something for my niece (taking her to WDW- she does not know yet) and a few small things. But, she saw this one thing and fell in love with it.

I bought the item Thursday. Found the matching item and sent my 1st e-mail Fri @ 1:16pm CST. This seller has a million things for sale. Maybe she is too busy to be concerned woith one buyer.

Reading through this salers feedback comments, twice (maybe 3 times) the feedback says item was out of stock after customer paid. I thought you had to have the item in order to lest it for sale ?!?!!
 
Is this an individual or is it a business selling items on eBay? If it's a small business and they have an actual store somewhere, I can see a temporary "out of stock" situation.

Even so, if I were a business owner selling stock on eBay, enough of that stock would be pulled aside to fill the auctions. If I had gotten the "out of stock" notice, I'd be contacting eBay if they didn't refund the money.
 
It is a business. This is the first time I won (or even bid) from someone other than an individual. Apparently that have so much business it doesn't matter if they upset a few people here and there.
 
Still no e-mail from the seller!!!! I should have NEVER bought from this person/company. I am so NOT happy. I thought they were suppose to reply to e-mails. What does this person do, decide that since they have so many positive feedbacks they can just ignore a few here and there?


I have NEVER had a bad experience with e-bay, so I should be lucky....but I can;t get over how rude it is NOT to reply to a buyer :MAD:


I did find a phone number in all their negative feedback and am VERY tempteed to call. But, it is probably to a business that is closed on Sundays. At this point, I will not buy the matching pillow, but am disappointed because it would have meant a lot to my niece.
 
Forever an optomist -- maybe their email is down? Maybe their Internet connection is out and they're panicking about not being able to get any email? And there's no libraries/Internet cafes open on Sunday? I know it's kinda far-fetched, but I would wait until Monday to really panic. Maybe they went away for the weekend.
 
Well, I received an e-mail. But, it seems that unless you pay for all items at once, they will not ship them together.

If this seller had been responsive and nice, I would pay for th epillow and just have it shipped to my niece. Considering how informal the e-mails have been, I will just pass on this seller.
