Urgent Turkey Help!!!!!

I need some help ASAP.

I'm roasting a 20lb turkey tonight. If I put it in at 11:00pm, will it be done by 5:00am next morning? Oven at 350F.

PLEASSSSEEEEEE........
 
OMG if you put a 20 lb turkey in the oven at 11 pm, by 5 am it will be overcooked and dry as a bone!

If it is indeed unstuffed, it should take about 3 1/2 to 4 hours at 325. If it is stuffed, it will take 4 1/2 to 5.

Do you have a meat thermometer? The thigh should register 175 degrees when you take it out of the oven. 180 is considered cooked, but it will continue cooking for a little while after it's out of the oven, so you want to give yourself wiggle room so it does not overcook.

No problem! Glad to help. I only remembered the butterball thing bc I just saw a repeat of a West Wing episode where the president calls the hotline. It was a hoot!
