Urgent need for gift certificate design.....Please help!

We are having our Christmas party at work this evening. I was in charge of buying the gifts for our boss. She loves to shop off QVC so we ordered her a gift card from them. We chose an electronic card because we were short on time. It is very impersonal looking. It's just a piece of paper with a printout that says this is an electronic gift card. I would love it if someone could help me out by making a gift card or gift certificate type design. Here is the information for the card:
QVC
amount- 50.00
name on card- Pat Barnes
from- library staff and volunteers
