Well not so much help but, advise..!!!
We have booked to stay 5 nights in Jan 2011 at the DLH..
The bad news is some unscrupulous person has hacked into my email account 2 weeks ago and sent off an email to cancel our booking..!!!! I have just come off the phone to Disney Customer Care and the lady advised me to email the UK Admin team an explain the situation to see if they will re-instate the booking...!!
Does anyone have any experience of this? Also what do you rate my chances of getting the booking put back into place and not having to pay a deposit again? I don't want to have to tell my kids that we wont be going, this was a late xmas presnet and would of been our 3rd trip in 12 months so Disney know we are reliable..!!!!
