urgent esta help please

I have just filled in my esta and its gone to pendingl the others went through strait away. Im not sure if i ticked all the boxes unsure of the female one and of the imunity one - just can't remember and I am now in panic mode

I have tried to recall the status but can't find my application. Should I resubmit a new one or wait 72hrs to sse outcome. What happens if it is declined due to a mistake on the form?

I have never been in any sort of trouble so only reason can be a form error - please please help we travel in june so time is too short for embassy sort out.

Should be fine - last year I put two in for my dd and ds as they had new passports - dd came back immediately and Ds about three hours later - we were wondering who to ask for childminding

You'll be fine. I put 4 through at the same time last year. First two (DH & DS) went through fine but the applications for DD and I were left as 'pending' I checked back the next day and DD was fine, but not mine. Mine came through a further day ahead. I wondered if it had anything to do with the fact that I was putting through multiple credit card payments in a short space of time? Did the small amounts in close succession flag something up with the CC company software which perhaps put a short hold on the payment?

after a few hrs it still has no trace of my application so I tried to re-apply but it then said I had an approved esta for that passport number so I tried again to find it on the system and failed . Now I have just completed the re-appication and submited it (even although it says I have one ) and thankfully that one went through OK. I can now relax - hopefully! Thanks for the help

Many ESTA's goto the pending stage, you should always give it 72 hours, many are just a few hours but some take far longer, its nothing unusual.
