Ur thoughts on Magic Bullet Blender

OK I did nto get that brand but there is something very similar on sale at Walmart for 20$. I am thinking of getting it. Has anyone used the Magic Blender. Is it like most of the items I see on TV which look grat but dont work as great in MY home?

If I get something similar for 20$ Different brand same concept is it worth the $$?

My dad is obsessed with his Magic Bullet. He makes a protein shake every morning and it's perfect for it. Mom grinds coffee beans in it and likes it too. I personally haven't used it, but dad swears by it and it thrilled that he got it.

My sister has used "magic bullet" processors for a couple of years and has to replace them every 4-6 months because they burn out. She uses them a lot, though. She has to process each meal, every day for her dd is unable to eat solid food. I replaced the last one about a month ago for her with the smallest KitchenAid processor - about $40 at Target.

I got one for DS12 last year. He loves to cook and he saw the infomercial. I saw the infomercial and thought it looked really stupid....but I "bit the bullet" and got him one for Christmas. He uses it often and has not had any problems. I use it at times as well and I like it a lot. I think it is a good buy.

My MIL has one and she uses it for everything she can think of. She even tough DD5 how to make icee drinks with it.
