Arrived Orlando March 24th and cancelled reservations at the Wyndham because we decided to stay at the Best Western on Disney property. Four days later I find out Wyndham has debited my account for $489 even though we have cancellation numbers and confirmation of it again. First, we were to be charged only for one night. Second, they charged my account for at least 3 nights, and finally, when I spoke to someone there I am told they have no record of me and there is no way they would of done this. So I called again thinking I would get someone who might of worked there at least a week and know a little more. No I didn't everyone there does not know what to say to me. Needless to say, I filled papers with my bank to get my money back. If anyone has any help they can tell me please let me know. bigsis39@hotmail.com
