Put in a claim 6 WEEKS ago for an amount less than $400. Was at Disney during the huricane in August and my flight home was cancelled. Got a letter dated 9-26 saying they asked Disney for proof I bought insurance. Wnen I called tonight the insurance company said that they never heard back from Disney ??? "How long before you ask again" and was told two weeks. I thought they asked again howeer was told NO according to the notes on thier computer. Ok I'll call Disney! I talked with guest services and they were very nice. They knew my claim # and said we replied back on 9-27.
Well this is ALL strange for a claim they say will be processed and finished in 3 to 4 weeks?
I need to know has anyone else experienced slow claims or poor service ?
