Thanks, Ann. I really love AK and we seem to spend more and more hours there when we visit (and I still have a lot of AK to go yet).

I love AK too. I know a lot of people don't necessarily like it. I have a friend that all but when on a couple rides...deemed it "just about animals" (she and her family are not much into animals) and then left.

BTW, congrats on getting the car AND being happy about the price.

Congratulations on a new car! I'm sure it will give you a lot of good miles. Coming from someone who is about to turn 200,000 miles on a used 1999 4-Runner, I would be pretty excited about a 2006 Altima.

I sometimes think "us" big kids have as much fun, if not more, than the "little" kids. Mark's favorite is definitely Eeyore.

Thanks for the wishes on the car. Andy had a Grand Prix (well, it was originally mine) and he drove it to 195,000 miles. It's nice to get some major miles on these cars for what we pay for htem.

AK grows on us more and more each year (I'd rather skip the Studios except for a couple of attractions).

The price was within the range of what we wanted to spend.

So I left off with my love affair with Tigger and also seeing Pooh and Eeyore.

From there it was off to FINALLY see:

I'm going to post lots of pictures without any words. Let me just say that we absolutely LOVED this show. Mark said he preferred this just a little bit over Festival of the Lion King, and I liked Lion King just a tad more...but BOTH are excellent shows and I am so happy we finally saw them both over our last two visits.

So we finished with the AWESOME Finding Nemo show, and headed over towards Dinoland. On the way, I texted Cafeen, a DIS friend and we told him we were riding Dinosaur and he said he and his mom would meet us at the exit for a meet.

We met with Allan and his mom...very sweet people. I wish we could have spent more time with them, but we were starving at this point and still had a few more things we wanted to do around the AK. I feel bad that we didn't get a picture.

Of course, we had to stop at a shop on our way to lunch for Mark to try on a hat:

We had lunch at Flame Tree since it was closed when we were there last year. We always enjoy our meals here.

From there, it was off to be a BUG! I love this show.

The gift shop in Dinosaurland is my favorite in WDW. They have things I never see anywhere else in the park. Great photos.

You know Kathy, we just love all those shops. It sometimes is so hot at AK that you just "need to cool down" ...... and the shops are perfect for that ...... plus there's lots to try out and try on!

So you finally saw Nemo . I LOVE that one and I am glad to hear you enjoyed it too.

Dinosaur is one of my favorite rides. I know I have been on it enough times. I know it isn't real, but some how that last part...where the picture is taken. OMG! It gets me every time. Not you though, eh? Cool as a cucumber with your sunglasses on.

All of your photos are great. It is so neat to see you and Mark have fun in the shops. I think the minute I walk into one with my dh it is as though a timer starts and I am racing the clock to see what I want to see before the buzzer (ie. when dh has had enough)goes off.

You got some great shots of the tree of life. I tend to rush through there and we just don't get the pictures of the trunk.

Hey, everyone. We are going out to dinner tonight with Andy's godmother and her husband. When we get home, I'm going to try to finish up our AK day and evening at Epcot so we can get this moving along.

In the meantime, we got a new "used" car. We got a 2006 Nissan Altima...we were ver happy with the price, the miles and the condition of the car. I'll try to take a picture later and post it.

Woo Hoo on the new car! I know you were ready to get the car buying process over with and it sounds like you got a good deal to boot.

It looks like you two had good seats at the Nemo show. We've never really enjoyed the show but we have also had crappy seats both times we have seen it so that may have something to do with it.

Wow, so many updates! The Finding Nemo show sounds like it would be so good, but I don't know if I can get past the people holding the fish puppets, it just seems a little distracting to me!

I've never done ITTBAB! I'm nervous about it, isn't there a part with bees in it? I'm terrified of bees...

Finding Nemo is an absolute MUST DO for us each trip. I'm not sure if I could rate FN or FotLK higher ... I'd say they're pretty equal ... but I absolutely love it! Thanks for the FN pics!

I have not attempted Dinosaur... I'm too scared!

And I'm not a fan of ITTBAB ... the ending.... it creeped me out. Yes, I was the mom who was screaming. DS had no clue what was going on and why I was screaming, since he was sitting on DH's lap. So... I won't be going back.

Love the Tree of Life pics! I may have to go get some this next trip ... even if I don't see the show. Maybe DH and DD will see it and DS and I will go find a character to meet.

Can you believe that Jasmine and I have never seen the Nemo Show? It is definitely on my list for next time...it's an absolute must for me to see FOTLK but next time I want to do both!!

Nice to have a Dismeet no matter how short! I love meeting the people we talk to on here, they are all wonderful aren't they?

I also missed sending you congrats on your new ride!! The more miles we put on them the better...vehicle prices are ridiculous!

Carnews must be "IN" this week end as Judy got a new car yesterday. She has been talking to the dealership and telling them she needs anewer but more fuel efficient car and yesterday she got it !!It's a 2010 Dodge Journey !! Has 3 rows of seats if needed all sorts of compartments and she is thrilled with it !!!!I too will try to get a pix taken and post!! Now there is just me to look for a newer car , but right now I can't afford it !!

Kathy, I am so sorry I haven't been on your TR lately, I started my new job on the 24th and life has been beyone hectic! But I am caught up at long last!

Love all the photopass pictures and totally cracked up at the story of Mary's daughter in the Space Mountain line!

So glad you enjoyed OKW, its a wonderful resort and you'll be taking a nice break from the Chicago winter in just a couple of months.

I do have a question on the photopass thing: If they can insert Baby Simba into Marks arms (too cute btw) why can't they UN-insert that crane behind the castle???
