Uppy, Uppy, Mr. Andy -- Update -- WRAP UP -- Post 1346, Page 90

Finished your TR in one afternoon ! Love a TR with many pictures. Your hubby is as cute as they come .. got a kick out of all the hats. :)
Andy is a very handsome guy and the girls are just adorable (I'm off to read their TR now !)

Thanks for sharing your trip !! Looking forward to your next. :thumbsup2

Kathy - all of your pictures are great and I had a hard time picking my favorite, but I think this one wins. Its great! Of course, Andy and the really cute street performer is a close second.

Shame on Andy for sneaking a picture of you. Doesn't he know we girls need to be posed at all times! Look at your hand, you look like you are ready to pop an Excedrin. :rotfl: That drink looks so delish!

Wow so many updates!

Love all of your pictures, you know how much I love Epcot, so I always love to see pictures of it! :lovestruc

All the hat pics are so much fun! I love that Andy and the girls got into it too!

Ugh, I agree, EMH's seemed really busy this year. :confused3 I guess there isn't really a slow time to go anymore.

Ah the bittersweet update. I really thought they were getting a margarita not numerous tequilla shots. I think they were both happy to have someone to drink with who were not having a "slush" I remember Andy runnignthrough the Illuminations crowd with Cayley. I was like "Oh please do not drop her" I thin the CM at Nemo thought we were nuts since we were screaming MINE MINE MINE. Oh those PP oics0-why am I looking the wrong way. We were very sad to leave you guys too. But hurray for Jan!!

The wait times seem mighty long for EMHs. At least you were able to get into The Seas and Spaceship Eath with Jeff, Mary and the girls before calling it a night. I love the Photopass pictures of all of you...especially the silly one.

The wait times were more than Mark and I are used to. We had fun with the silly photopass pic!

Awesome update. I love the pictures! It is so nice that you could spend time with special people that you have met through dis. I know I am beyond excited to finally get a chance to meet just a few of the people who have been so nice to me this year...and who I call friends.

Ann, I hope you have great memories when you meet your DIS friends as we have ours.

Don't you just love the details of the TSMM queue? Aaw poor Andy losing...luckily I'm not competitive but I can imagine that can be quite annoying if you don't like to lose :rotfl:

I so need to visit One Man's Dream on a future trip.

Great PP pics and yay on getting a famous beverly shot! ;)

Sounds like you had a great time touring WS - love all the pics :goodvibes

Tanz, TSMM queue is awesome. Andy HATES to lose...he gets very angry when he loses.

One Man's Dream is one of my favorites.

Glad you enjoyed the pictures.

Hi Kathy! I hope you had a fabulous Thanksgiving, we had an amazing one with tons of family which always makes me sad afterward since we all live so spread out.

Hi, Molly; we had a very nice Thanksgiving and I'm glad you had an amazing one. :)

I see that I'm seriously behind here with the updates and will try desperately to catch up!

Ok, you really have a sweetie in that Andy of yours. Really! And he is a handsome fella too! No wonder Cayley fell in love.:goodvibes

He's a real honey. He already bought our birthday presents (my bday is in December and Mark's is in January) and he got us concert tickets for February.

I love all the hat pics, especially the Mexico pavillion one with Mark and Andy. Like father like son I guess right?

They are definitely father and son. :lmao::lmao:

Hmm, tequila shots? Um no thanks. I hate the taste of it, hate it. DH likes it though but I consider him rather strange so... How fun that you and Mark got to take the girls on the boat ride. I know I've said it before but it must have been soooo precious to share Disney with those two sweet princesses.

I don't like tequila either; I'll stick to my Slush!

I love that streetmosphere pic of Andy and his madam! I remember that teaser pic from your PTR too, it's great! She does look quite smitten with him too.

I thought she was quite smitten with him too.

Your Thanksgiving looked great and your Christmas decorations even better! We're putting ours up this weekend, I can hardly wait!:thumbsup2

I love decorating for Christmas, although I hate having to take it all down and put it away--such a pain.

These next two pics are my favs so far, they are darling Kat.

Day6207.jpg

I love those two pictures too! :goodvibes

Wow lady, are you really trying to finish this puppy up in the next week?!?! You haven't even done Marco Island yet! Though I suppose having a rapidly approaching January trip is reason enough to finish!

I promised Mary I would start the PTR on Tuesday (December 6) so I have to get rolling. Once I get to the Marco portion of the trip, I'll probably post a lot of pictures and little words except for the highlights.

Oh, and I love  the explanation of your TR title! So sweet that Andy of yours. And Cayley is such a character too! What a fun trip so far.:goodvibes

I told everyone ahead of time that this was going to happen with Cayley and Andy!

Kathy, what a great TR so far. My God, if I were younger, I grab Andy up in a heartbeat, so handsome. You know, no matter how many times you do Disney, there is nothing better than doing it with small kids. It just makes everything so new and special. I only wish my niece and nephews were still little, I had such special times with them. It's nice you can share your vacation with little ones!!

Thank you, Jane. Handsome, hard worker, sweet, generous to a fault and a great son!

I love seeing Disney through kids eyes...it makes it all the more magical.

Welcome, Michelle, and thank you for joining. I actually have one more day of Disney to go and then the Marco Island portion of the trip with my bestest friend (who I met here on the DIS). But I am thrilled to have a new reader (and I've subscribed to your PTR too!).

MEK, I have to agree...that is one of the best hat pictures...and so typical of father/son.

I don't think men in general have a clue that we have to be prepared/ready for a photo. Net time I don't let him have the camera! :rotfl2:

Wow so many updates!

Ugh, I agree, EMH's seemed really busy this year. :confused3 I guess there isn't really a slow time to go anymore.

Thanks, Jen. I know you love Epcot, and I do too...I seem to take more and more pictures thereh each year and still miss so much.

I am beginning to wonder if ANY time is slow. I'll see how January is when I'm there in 55 days.

I thought they'd go for the margaritas too (especially since Andy likes them). Those two were a hoot.

I remember yelling at Andy not to run and drop her. He promised he wouldn't. Yeah, but how many drinks did you and Jeff have????? :rolleyes1

We had so much fun that night. And the MINE MINE MINE was hysterical. We'll have to fire up those girls in January to be silly with us.

Hi Kathy, finally got caught up!!

looks like Mr. Andy has a wonderful little friend in Cayley! such cuteness, boy if he even has a daughter he's going to be in trouble :)

lots of great photos as usual! love that you got some pixie dust and then shared it! we love doing Animation Academy, do it on each trip and I save the drawings, love seeing how Megan has improved over the years!

Ya sure Kat, you're going to ONLY post pictures with minimal words of the Marco Island portion of your trip. Um hmm, not believing you because this is where the infamous Nicki joins you! I know that will provoke words! Looking forward to seeing Thelma and Louise together at long last.:thumbsup2:laughing: You can preface it right now...this is me and Nicki with our Starbucks, this is me and Nicki shopping, this is me and Nicki looking for more Starbucks, this is me and Nicki getting more money from our men to shop some more...

Journey Into Imagination -- closed. Soarin' -- 70 minute wait. Test Track -- 90 minute wait. WHY are all these people out for EMH's...don't they know we are important people and they should be sleeping so we could enjoy ourselves.

Wow! I can't say I've ever seen wait times like that in September. That's amazing. I guess the secret is getting out? :confused3

Sorry you had to say goodbye, but at least you'll see each other again soon!

Such a bittersweet night. Looks and sounds like you all had so much fun.

Glad all you "kids" could have such a nice night- tequilla and slush will do that to ya.

Loving the updates! Looks like you all had such a blast together!!

Thanks, Tink. It was loads of fun.

Hi, Lisa. I hope your cold is getting better. After three weeks, mine is just about gone.

Andy and Cayley had fun together. If he has a daughter he will spoil her rotten!

That's fun to keep Megan's drawings and compare each year.

:lmao::lmao::lmao::lmao: Molly, you just wrote my Marco Island portion of my TR!!!!!

Sorry you had to say goodbye, but at least you'll see each other again soon!

It was the longest we've seen it since we went one year over 4th of July. :scared1:

56 days and counting!

As well as me and Barry. :rotfl:

Of course you and Barry too. :goodvibes

Such a bittersweet night. Looks and sounds like you all had so much fun.

Glad all you "kids" could have such a nice night- tequilla and slush will do that to ya.

Pat, it was a blast; I can't remember the last time I laughed that hard.

Yes, us "kids" were having a good night.

Our last day at the World had arrive. This used to always be a sad day. However, now that we go to Marco Island for a week after Disney and get to spend time with our bestest friends -- Nicki and Todd -- it isn't quite as sad.

I was up at 6 a.m. to shower and finish packing while the guys hopped in the shower. We loaded up the car and then it was time to head to the Polynesian for our breakfast at Kona Cafe. We had an ADR to go there last year, but certain little urchins had worn us out the night before and we never made it. I was determined we were going to make it this year.

We hopped in the car and soon we were approaching this:

Day7001.jpg

And going to the far right to arrive here:

Day7002.jpg

Yes, we had arrived at the Polynesian. We LOVE the Poly and have not stayed there since Andy's high school graduation trip in 2004.

We took a few pictures as we waited to be seated as we arrived before they had opened:

I'm not reviewing the food here (you have to go to my dining reviews if you haven't already). But I will say it was fantastic.

We were soon back in the car (thanks to a fabulous waitress) and heading back to the MK parking lot to make it by 8:10 and not missing too much of morning EMH's.

Quickly through bag check for me, and we were here:

Up next, where do we head to first?

We decided to watch the movie in France. Andy waiting for it to start:

Continued
umm maybe its just me, but it looks like Andy is getting ready to do something rather inappropriate on that window front :scared1::lmao:

Andy made me take this picture (yes, those tequila shots were getting to him!):

Day6183.jpg

I LOVE the singing picture Kathy! FUN! How can anyone resist those viking hats and trolls!

We then started walking towards Germany where the boys were going to get some beer. Along the way--some daddy love:

Day6185.jpg

My two men being silly:

Day6186.jpg
I love the fun stroll through Epcot EMH, being silly and indulging just a little!

Day6211.jpg

It was then off to see Nemo and his friends. It was basically a walk on as we all jumped and skipped and giggled going through the queue.

Up next, our last day at Disney World.
YOur group photos are so much fun. The goofy faces are so funny - I love getting those sorts of pictures!:goodvibes

We find our selves saying "MINE MINE MINE" for weeks and weeks after a trip to the Seas. It doesn't help that Nemo was one of Katie's favorite movies as a toddler and we probably watched that move 2 or 3 times a week. ... for two or three years:laughing:

What a fun start to your last park day. The photo of you & Mark is another really great one, too!

love your silly face photopass pics!

yay for getting to the Kona Cafe! love Mark's shirt

Can't believe its your last day already!

I absolutely love Kona and will have to come back to see your pics to see what you actually ate. I hope Tonga toast was involved. ;)

It's probably good I can't see pics now because I am already hungry! :rotfl:

So glad you made it to Kona for breakfast! I'm excited for our breakfast ADR in March! :goodvibes

Did I miss the link to your dining reviews? :confused3 Or am I blind? (I'm probably super blind.)

Love the pictures at the entrance! I soo wanna see the various holidays at WDW! :guilty:

I am hoping to get an update done by the weekend...and you are going to have your TR done. You go girl!

I love all the silly pictures through out the evening. It looks like you all had just a fabulous time together.
