What do you use to upload your digital pictures? I've been using photobucket but it's only letting me load 1/2 my pictures and I can't delete any of the ones I don't want (I know I can do that on my camera, I just thought I could do it here also).

Anyway, I'm getting frustrated and I'd like to try another one. Any suggestions?

I used photobucket for a while (still have my free account there), but about a year ago I switched over to smugmug. Its a pay site, but it is, IMO, much better. Full res files, no limits on the number of photos and I've uploaded as many as 100 pics. I have over 5,000 there now.

Zenfolio is another one that people here like as well.

here is my personal coupon to save $5 on the first year at smugmug: eeWMM89aMx1lc

good luck with your findings.

I only upload a fraction of what I actually take - and I only upload to share online. Anyway, I use flickr and love it. With their bulk uploader it makes it super simple too.

Using flickr. Might upgrade to the pro account soon, but the free account works pretty well.

I also only upload a small fraction of what I've taken.

I use zenfolio, and am very happy with the service and such

this code will save you 5 dollars if you decide to go with them..

I use our web site to store and display the photos. I use DreamWeaver and FTP to do the actual uploading.

I had never heard of smug mug or flickr until I joined these boards like month... I checked both out, and i decided to get a Flickr and upgrade it to a Pro account.. It works very well, really simple to upload and organize, and seems really fast...

www.villagephotos.com gives you 50 images with 1 gb bandwidth per month, but no daily download/view limit. That works well for a place like the dis boards. You load your vacation photos, host them for a month, then delete and load some more. The 50 images is their free plan.

http://www.villagephotos.com/upgrade.aspx

shows you their price plan for upgrades. I just now noticed Plan X. 200 images, unlimited daily bandwidth and only $5.00 for 6 months.

How do I isolate just a few pictures to download? They all show up on my printer/scanner, I just don't know how to pick & choose which ones I want to download on the computer. I'm still working w/photobucket as of now. Thanks for all the suggestions so far.
