We bought weekday select passes in November using the payment plan option. Is it possible to still upgrade to a silver pass? How does that work with the payment plan option?

Yes, you can upgrade.
Your end-date will stay the same as the original tickets (if you have used them.)
Your monthly payments will go up accordingly to cover the increased cost.

What about the past months payments that were for the weekday select? will we be paying the 12 month silver price in our remaining 8 months?

You would have to pay the difference of what you have paid up to now,
and the cost of a full year's price on the new version of the AP.

No pro-rating of prices for AP upgrades.
You would owe the full new price of the new AP.

Subtract the cost of the ticket that you HAVE from the cost of the ticket that you WANT.
Then, subtract the amount that you've already paid... then divide that amount by 8 months.
