Upgrading to AP from PHP with Disney Rewards Dollars

Hi,

I've searched the forums for this answer and saw answers about using Disney Rewards dollars for AAA packages, etc., but not quite about wether I can use Disney Rewards Dollars to upgrade to an AP from a park hopper pass? Would anyone know?

I know they're accepted at many places in the park but wouldn't assume that they're accepted for just anything?

So excited to get our family Annual Passes and telling my spouse we can save money by using what Disney Rewards we have can only help!

Well, you can use gift cards, so that's a start on answering your question.

Yes you can use them to upgrade/purchase AP's. We did it the last time we bought PAP's. We actually had a voucher for one PAP, then used reward dollars, disney dollars, and the last little bit on a credit card to pay for the other one. Our CM was very nice and we were laughing about how many forms of payment we were using But hey what ever saves you some $ right!
