Upgrading Tickets Now?

I have tickets on my MDE account from a trip last year that we had to cancel. We are planning to use those tickets in a few months, but I need to upgrade one child ticket to adult (not that my 10YO is even close to an adult ) and also add one day to the tickets. Can I do that now so I can book FP+ for that additional day, or do I have to wait until I get there? If I can do it, where? I'm not seeing it online. Thanks!

Guest relations at any park or they also have a location at Disney Springs.

You might be able to call but I wouldn't be surprised if they make you wait, especially if ticket price increased since you got them.
