I bought my PHP's at my Disney Store and the lady that rang them up, accidentally gave us 2- 5 day passes for my kids instead of 6 days. She rang up 6 days for my husband and I, though. I understand that this was an honest mistake, but when I called about it she told me that the tickets are non-refundable and she would see what she could do. She told me that I can upgrade them at the park. So how hard is it to upgrade PHP's at WDW? Or should I insist that she fixes it? TIA
