Upgrading group tickets to annual pass?

Hello, we are coming to Universal with our daughters dance group. We have a Universal group package with hotel rooms and tickets. Does anyone have any experience with trying to upgrade these tickets? Obviously I don’t care if they only give me the value paid, but I just want to find out if it can be done. I’m not really sure what we paid for just the tickets, but I’m sure they can see that in their system. Thanks!
