Upgrading GAD to Premier Passport

Where would we go about doing this? At the MK ticket booths? Could we do this on our arrival day in the evening so that we don't have to mess with it the next morning?

You will need to redeem your voucher at Will Call at one of the parks. At MK, you can redeem at the TTC or at the MK. Since you are upgrading to an annual pass, you can upgrade on your arrival day and your one year clock will start on that date.

Upgrading to the Premier Passport should be no different than upgrading to a typical annual pass, and they can probably do it right at the will call window.

I suppose there is an outside possibility that it needs to be done at Guest Relations (due to the nature of the PP), in which case you'd just redeem for the 1-day ticket, go inside the park, and upgrade inside. But as far as I know it is available at the ticket booths like any other park. Cheshire Figment I'm sure can confirm that.

It can be done at ANY of the parks for sure though.

The Premier Pass can only be purchased at a Theme Park Guest Relations Window or DTD Guest Relations Office. They are printed on a special stock. It cannot be done at a ticket window and cannot be done at a water park. They cannot be done at a GRO inside the park.

So you would have to go to the Will Call window to redeem the GAD voucher for a ticket and then go to the Guest Relations Window. You may be able to do both at the GR window, but I'm not sure on that.

Ah, that's what I forgot...they don't use the Tyvek stock...

I know they can deal with GAD at the outside GR locations, but they have been known to direct people to Will Call as well. If you explain what you are doing, they may be able to do it all at once for you.

I'm a little surprised that they can't do it inside as well, unless they just didn't want to install the plastic printers...

Oh, the DTD location might be more convenient. Where is it located? And would they be willing to do the GAD upgrade right there?

You can't redeem your GAD voucher at DTD, though. You have to redeem the voucher at one of the four main parks.
