Upgrading GAD to Military tickets - ONLY at parks???

Is there any other place to upgrade a GAD ticket to a military ticket besides the parks? ITT office on base or a Disney Store or Hilton Head Resort or ????

We are not going until Sept., but with the tickets needing to be purchased by July - just curious if it was even an option for us

Considering Shades of Green doesn't even do ticket upgrades, I doubt you can get one anywhere else. I may be completely wrong about that.

GAD vouchers have to be redeemed at one of the four main parks. They can't be redeemed at the resorts or DTD. You do have the option to use the GAD voucher to receive fastpass cards or the figurine and pins if you have a multi-day ticket, if it makes more sense to buy the military tickets while available instead of upgrading the GAD vouchers.

First of all, the GAD voucher may only be redeemed for a ticket at a Park Ticket (Will-Call) Window or outside Guest Relations Office.

The ticket you get for the voucher must be used on the day of issuance, or it is void. If it is used on the day of issuance you have 14 days (including that day) to do an upgrade.

A ticket upgrade can only be done at a Park Ticket Window or Guest Relations Office or a Disney Owned Resort on WDW.

I know you canot do an upgrade at SoG or a Disney Store. I don't know if HH even has the capability of selling tickets.
