Upgrading Disney Hopper Passes

We are planning another wonderful Disney holiday this year and still have 1 park and 1 waterpark attraction left on our 5 day Hopper plus passes which we purchased in Oct 2004. What we were wondering is if we upgraded to the 7 day magic your way pass which would give us an additional 2 attraction admissions on top of the 1 we have left plus the waterpark, what would we be looking at cost wise to do this upgrade? i.e. on adults and childs ticket

Unfortunately, any passes from 2004 or prior can no longer be upgraded. They must be used as is.
