I am preparing to book the Dolphin Swim Day Resort Package for four people in December. I am hesitant to upgrade to the Ultimate Package to include Busch Gardens because I am unsure if we will have the time to go. If we decide, when we arrive in Florida, to go to Busch Gardens, can we upgrade the package for the same price of $20 per person?
