Upgrading APs using DVC offer - Can it be done over the phone?

DH and DD have APs and I have the FL Resident AP. Can we upgrade these to the DVC deal by phone or do we actually have to go to Disney to do it? We only live an hour away and going there isn't a huge problem, but we haven't found a convenient time to go to do this yet. I'd do it over the phone if I could. Thanks!

You'll need to upgrade in person.

If you're referring to the PAP deal that expires at the end of the month, I do not believe there's a price difference for renewals. You can purchase the vouchers over the phone and activate it the next time you're there.
