How do I upgrade my AP? Do I go to the ticketbooths? Or do I go to the AP processing center? Or somewhere else? TIA!!!

how do I get in the park? Do I pay the $30.00 blackout day fee? And is it credited toward the AP upgrade? And do I get the $30.00 blackout day pass at the ticketbooths? Thanks!!
