Stacking incentives on a direct purchase

Has anyone been able to successfully stack the military and d23 gold membership incentives on a direct purchase? My guide says it’s one or the other. It’s just a bit odd as everything else is stackable.

Military and d23 are not stackable. The other ones are. You can add disney visa in this round.
