...they just didn't know. When I asked her about it, she couldn't really explain it, and it seemed to me that the TM hadn't explained it.
That's too bad.
I wonder if TM's aren't properly trained to explain the different options? Granted, there ARE a dizzying number of ticket options, but still... They should be able to accurately explain the tickets and the terms of purchasing them using the flexpay plan!
