Upgrades

Has anyone received a free upgrade from Swan Resort? I am going in June and I wanted to upgrade to a balcony room.

If you are going in June, it is doubtful you will get an upgrade. You may want to go ahead and book it.

I would just book the upgrade. June is a busy time of year.

1) The Swan and Dolphin are not Disney hotels.
2) Plus, they are heavily convention and business based.
3) They tend to book the rooms for that business.
4) As such, they do not need to upgrade as often.
5) Do not look for upgrades at S/D.
