Upgraded at BWV!!

My wife and I stayed two nights (2/6 & 2/7) at BWV prior to our 7 day Eastern Carribbean cruise. Our plane was delayed and we didn't arrive at BWV until 11 PM on 2/6. We had reserved a studio, but when we got to our room, it turned out to be a 1-Bedroom!!! I called the front desk to see if they had our reservations wrong since I didn't want to use extra points just for the two of us over two nights. Apparently, since we arrived late, all the studios were full and we received a complimentary upgrade to a 1-Bedroom!!

Sometimes, being delayed pays off!!!

Lucky you! I'd rather get there on time, though, than be upgraded after I got there, especially since it was so late. I'm a worrier. Hope you had a great time on the cruise!

The recent VM mentions that some rooms are still out of commission while they work on the BWV. You sure got lucky on that one! Glad you enjoyed your stay.
