Upgrade

Hi, here's one question... when are you probably going to get upgrade? On high peak season? or value season?

I'm not sure there's any "probably" involved. I think it's a function of exactly how crowded the resort is at that moment and the whim of the people who make the decisions.

And numerically, the odds are probably against it at any time. So I say book the room you want.

I stayed in 2004 for christmas and I loved, I hope for November I can go there but as I live in Italy the trip is just in "planning" process, I hope I can go there as a Graduate trip thanks for the info

Its really hard to say... in high peak times... you might get upgraded to a totally different resort if you happen to be the guest they overbooked or arrive after they have booked all rooms.. I have seen this happen at the WL and guest are taken to the GF...

Now at your resort... from time to time people are upgraded if room allows to a waterview or maybe courtyard.. very RARE though!

I would book the room I really wanted...

Once I had hoped for a courtyard room at WL and booked a standard... well.. guess what.. Standard is what I got.. it was peak time and I HATED my room... we looked at dumpsters! It was awful but it was what I paid for..
