Upgrade to PBH Club?

I used the 2 day stay certificate that I won on an auction and I added another night with APH at$199 then upgraded to club for $60 at check in. You got to get Mike to give PBH another shot. We have over 1200 square feet and three balconies that have tables and chairs. Concierge said we will be able to see the fireworks from our room.

Congrats!! :cool1:

The two West Wing suites are the best. Are you in the one right by the elevator or the one further down the hall? I am guessing the one further down the hall if you can see the fireworks. We have had the one right off the elevator and could hear the fireworks, but never could see them. I LOVE the balconies on those suites!!!!

Have a GREAT vacation MotherFletcher!

WOW thats excellent, hope i get an upgrade when we go, although i doubt i would be that lucky.
Considered the club upgrade ,but its $110 to book it now, would i be better waiting till we checkin and see whats available.

They called while were eating lunch at the HRC and said 3531 and 3533 Closest to elevator) were our rooms and they were ready. We jumped on 2 pedicabs and raced home. When we opened the room it was trashed. The rooms manager stopped and called the front desk and ended up giving us free lunch vouchers at Trattoria. We just found out that they keep the pool table covered all of the time now.:confused3

Of course it is.... it's Beer O'Clock in the club lounge! My favorite part. :goodvibes

Define madhouse. Is it awful? I was looking forward to a nice enjoyable lounge not a madhouse lounge. :sad2:

Congrats on the villa suite upgrade, it sounds awesome!

Have you got our room? Top floor, overlooking the boat dock? Covered balcony on the queen bedroom?

That should be dubbed the DIS suite :goodvibes

Last time we were in it, we were travelling with my 2 nieces and friend had the deluxe room right next to the king bedroom. So all 7 kids would fan out between the 3 baconies and wave to people coming off the boat. People would glance up and wonder how these kids were moving between balconies and they probably were wondering if it was the Kid's Club location :teeth:

Last stay we had the Villa Suite right next to the club lounge. Well, right on the other side of the doors to the balcony next to the lounge. Nice suite, but the "DIS" suite is SOOOO much nicer:cool1:

Did they ever get it cleaned up properly for you MotherFletcher?

There are 2 villa suites on the top floor of the west wing. We are in the one closest to the elevator. It has a covered balcony off the double and the other balcony is one long one. Bobby was shooting baskets at IOA and won a huge blue bulldog. We put the dog out on the railing of the balcony and people were taking photos of it.

Well I did get a 1 but I didn't ask what it means. We are on our last night of a 4 night stay and had a Portofino Suite upgrade at our reservation but upon check in, received another upgrade to the Hospitality Suite complete with piano!
