How does US determine how much a previously bought tickets is worth? I am trying to buy APs for the family. If I have one of the $131 7 day passes from mapleleaf and another $99 I bought from US Website years ago will I get the $131 towards one AP and $99 towards the other??

THanks

They scan the ticket for the value. The computer then tells them what the ticket value is. Most of the time, the value will be what you paid for it. Sometimes it varies especially if someone bought a $99 ticket from a ticket broker and paid more than $99. The ticket would still scan for $99 plus tax even if you had paid $200. Your tickets will most likely scan for $131 and $99 plus tax.

So Universal doesn't do the "current gate price" upgrade like Disney does?

It's a little different with Universal because there are many different types of tickets. There are the old tickets which were $99 for 7 days but only good for 7 days and now there are the new tickets that are good for 14 days. They are different in value and so you don't get the same price for them.
