Upgrade room at check in, at saratoga springs resort?

Has anyone been able to upgrade their room from a studio to a one bedroom when checking in at saratoga springs? Is it possible ( obviously depending on how full the resort is) and how much would it cost as a family of three? Thank you!

Since they would charge you rack rate to upgrade, you might want to consider trying to upgrade ahead of time if a discount comes out.

And if you're staying on points, as an owner or renter, you would not be able to pay to upgrade at check-in, as you can't mix cash and points. If you're an owner, call MS now to upgrade. If you're a renter, contact the owner so they can arrange for the upgrade.

If it's a cash reservation, you can figure out the cost by looking up the rack rate for a one bedroom. The cost will be the difference between that and whatever you paid for the studio.
