On my last trip in October, when I returned home and received the normal “Tell us about your trip” survey. I filled it out and mentioned being annoyed that the water was out the morning after coming in after 1:00 from a MNSSHP. I did not notice the blinking message on the phone, so was not aware the water would be out 8-12 that morning. My grandsons had to brush their teeth with a sprite I happened to have. 9 (they thought that was great). Within the hour of doing the survey, the manager of the resort called and apologized. I took blame but said earlier notice would have great. I wasn’t mad, he the said he was adding 6 one-day tickets to use at my convenience. I have a solo trip scheduled June 10-17, which I hope they are open. I am used to having an annual pass, so not having a park hopper is a challenge. Can I upgrade one day tickets to a seven day park-hopper? Will it be a problem they are complimentary?
