Upgrade one day PH to a So Cal select AP

Hi! I found the answer to this from a year back but with things constantly changing, just want to make sure that if I use the app to purchase a one day PH that I am still able to upgrade to a So Cal Select AP at some point during the day in the park. And when upgrading, are you still allowed to take advantage of the monthly payment plan? Thank you!

Yes re: payment plan as long as you live in the area (which you would since you're picking the So Cal Select AP)
