My DD7 and I each have a new...never been near/thru a turnstyle ~7 day non hopper non expire ticket, I want to upgrade each of them to a season pass~we leave in 16 days...how much will it be for the upgrade for DD7 and for Me(adult)
I know I have to do it at guest services, I am just curious at how much $ ??:)

It depends on how you handle the upgrade.

If you take the unused pass to Guest Services for an upgrade, you will pay the difference between the price Disney sold the pass for and the current price of the ticket that you wish to upgrade to.

If you use the pass once, you will have 14 days to upgrade it BUT you will have the current gate value of the ticket applied to the upgrade price.

Check the Everything About WDW Tickets thread on the TPAS forum. Posts #5 & #6 have the information you want.

Each use your respective existing pass to enter a park on day one of your visit, then you all proceed to Guest Services some time that day and upgrade the tickets to what you want.

Rough example: say you paid $100 for each ticket, and now the same ticket costs $150, and the Seasonal Pass costs $200.
If you upgrade before using your existing ticket at least once, you pay the difference between what your tickets cost you - $100 - and the SP price of $200, i.e. $100. But if you use the ticket to enter a park, then go for the upgrade, you would pay the difference between the current price of your existing ticket - $150 - and the SP's $200, or $50.

The way you describe the tickets as unused, non-hopping and no-expire I cannot tell if they are Magic Your Way or prior to MYW.

If they were issued on or after January 2, 2005 they are MYW. There is a date of issue on the tickets. If they are pre-MYW see Post #8 of the sticky; they cannot be modified in any way, but the cost value can be applied to new tickets. It may be best to just use them.

If they are MYW tickets then use them first to lock in the current gate value before you do any upgrades; it will save a lot of money.

(And I'm the author of the Tickets sticky you were referred to earlier.)

THX 4 a GREAT job Cheshire!! Great info!!
