Upgrade my booking?

Booked a studio online at Saratoga Springs, does anyone know if I can upgrade to a one bed
apt. I have paid my deposit and synced my disney bracelet and tickets.

You would need to phone Disney and inquire. If they have the larger villa available, you would likely be able to upgrade and pay the difference in cost without disturbing any other aspect of your reservation.
