upgrade an old magic your way ticket

I am digging out my old tickets, say if I have an old 6 day park hopper plus ticket that has one day left (2004), can I go into the park to upgrade it to a 10 day park hopper ticket and if I read it correctly, it seems that it will be about $50 more??

What about if my ticket has only the water park left, can I upgrade the park hopper portion as well?

You cannot. Tickets need to be upgraded within 14 days of initial use.

No ticket may be upgraded or modified in any way more than 14 days from day of first use, even if the No Expire option had been purchased. (This does not apply to Annual Passes.)
